Flexible Graphene Heating Film for Product Testing
LEVSON graphene heating film converts electrical energy into evenly distributed surface heat through its graphene-based conductive heating layer.
Unlike conventional heating wires that concentrate heat along individual cables, the printed heating layer generates heat across a broader surface area. Its slim and flexible construction makes it suitable for integration into different floor-heating systems and customised heated products.
The sample is intended for:
- Product performance evaluation
- Prototype development
- Heating-system compatibility testing
- Distributor product assessment
- OEM and ODM project validation
- Electrical and temperature testing
Why Test a Sample First?
A sample allows your technical and purchasing teams to assess:
- Heating speed and temperature distribution
- Compatibility with your thermostat or controller
- Suitability for the intended installation structure
- Flexibility and material thickness
- Voltage and power requirements
- Connection and insulation methods
- Prototype dimensions and assembly processes
After testing, LEVSON can adjust the film’s voltage, power output, length, connection method and packaging according to your project.
Product Structure
The graphene heating film consists of the following main layers:
- Protective Lamination Film
Provides electrical insulation and protects the internal heating structure. - Graphene Conductive Heating Layer
Generates surface heat when electrical current passes through the printed conductive material. - Silver Paste Busbar
Helps transfer electrical current between the copper busbar and the conductive heating layer. - Copper Busbar
Carries electrical current along both sides of the heating film. - PET Substrate Film
Provides a thin, flexible and stable supporting structure.
